Interesting. It appears that our famous County Sheriff Robert Garcia is not being scrutized by the public compared to the City Police Chief Raymond Rael over this new homicide case in the county area. In the city, the latest homicide that occurred on West Alemeda had the citizen’s up in uproar about public safety and the lack of police presence in thier neighborhoods. The city police and city officials held public meetings about their concerns and this was a high profile homicide case. Yet, what happen to this specific homicide that occurred south of the city limits on top of a mesa adjacent to BLM properites and an old traditional & historical community? Apparently, we still have a loose killer in the neighborhood and the County Sheriff’s Department did not beef up patrols in the area since the discovery of this victim of a crime. The BLM and County Sheriff’s Department officials are silent about providing a public safety net for this crime infested area and have not done anything to cease the illegal and crime behavior that is occuring on this public and private adjoining properties.
