The FBI and Santa Fe police are searching for a man they say robbed Century Bank, 1790 St. Michael’s Drive, at gun point around 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

As is standard practice, the FBI has been very limited in releasing what, if any information they have on the investigation. The FBI did release to the media two still images taken from the bank’s security cameras, but did not release the entire video or more images showing the man walking in or out of the business.

Investigators say the man was wearing a black ski mask, a hooded jacket and jeans when he left the bank. He’s described as being between 5-feet-7 and 6-feet tall with a small to medium build and blonde hair.

The Santa Fe University of Art and Design and DeVargas Middle School, both within blocks of the bank, were on lockdown for about half an hour Thursday morning after the man was seen running in the direction of those campuses.
