The funeral for Victoriano Moises “Moe” Byrne Gonzales, the 21-year-old preschool teacher and aspiring artist who was expecting the birth of his first child this week but was killed Friday in Pojoaque while trying to help a woman he saw getting beat up, will be Thursday morning at 11 a.m.

Moises will forever be remembered and lives on in the spirits of his family and friends, especially in his fiancée and son to be, Zaidynn Moises Xander Byrne Gonzales.
A memorial fund under his name has been established at the State Employees Credit Union to help family with costs and also to help with his son, who is due to be born Thursday.
