Three judges will head a free panel discussion on the courts system in Santa Fe hosted by Santa Fe’s League of Women voters on Wednesday.

Santa Fe Municipal Court Judge Ann Yalman, Santa Fe County Magistrate Judge David Segura and state District Court Judge Barbara Vigil will be on hand at the Hilton Santa Fe, 100 Sandoval St., from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The panelists will discuss the differences between the various courts that operate in Santa Fe and also how each operate on a daily basis.

The luncheon event will serve as the kick off meeting for the LWV of Santa Fe County chapter’s local courts study and is open to the public for free without lunch or $18 for those who plan to eat at the event. The LWVSFC ask for an RSVP from those who plan to attend, whether they plan to eat or not, by emailing rsvp@lwvsfc.org.
