SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — State Police Chief Faron Segotta says he is retiring after 28 years.
The decision is effective Dec. 31.
Segotta said Friday he has accepted a job with SAFER New Mexico Now, a nonprofit organization that strives to reduce death and injury on the state’s highways.
