A 16-year-old Santa Fe boy faces trial on a second-degree murder charge for the July shooting death of another teen in a Santa Fe Place mall parking lot, a judge ruled Monday.

State District Judge Mary Marlowe didn’t find probable cause to charge Michael Trujillo with first-degree murder for firing 14 bullets from a .357-caliber semi-automatic handgun into Chris Aguayo, 18, because of a tiff over a 15-year-old girl Trujillo was dating.

MAYBE JUDGE MARLOWE IS FRIENDS WITH THE KILLERS FAMILY.
SOMETIMES IT SEEMS THAT OBVIOUS WHEN YOU HERE ABOUT THESE CASES WHERE
PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH MURDER OR THESE HABITUAL DRUNK DRIVERS KEEP
GETTING OUT TO DO IT AGAIN. IT’S A CRAP SHOOT!
IF A SIXTEEN YEAR OLD CAN’T BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR GOOD JUDGEMENT THEN
HE SHOULDN’T OUT ON THE STREETS, PERIOD.

this kid should be tried as an adult. come on he empty the whole gun on this other kid. If this KILLER knows how to be in a gang have sex, do drugs, and get “mad” about a girl then he knows what he was doing its Murder 1st degree.TRY him as an adult and keep him away from our families!!!1
